Tuition and Policies
Tuition is payable monthly via automatic deductions from credit/debit card account. The Academy accepts Visa/Mastercard/Discover credit and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Tuition information must be provided to confirm your lesson time. The Academy does not accept cash or personal checks as a way to pay monthly tuition. The initial one-time registration fee of $45 is applied to the first month's tuition when a new student begins lessons.
There are two make up lessons allowed for each session. There are three sessions in a calendar year (Jan-May, June-Aug, Sept-Dec). The make ups must be completed within the session. Please be proactive and look ahead for potential missed lessons, i.e., band concerts, vacations, etc. These two make up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to an instructor's availability. There are no make up lessons allowed for no shows. (A no show is defined as a missed lesson in which there has been no notification from the student/parent before the scheduled lesson.) The notification can be by phone, email, or in person to the front desk.
Inspire is happy to suspend payments for a full month(s). However, we must receive a 30 day notice. If less than 30 day notice is received, and billing has not gone through, a $30.00 processing fee will be charged to your account. If billing has already gone through, Inspire will not refund tuition for that month. Inspire cannot hold your timeslot if payment is suspended.
Withdrawing from Inspire
A 30 day notice is required by email or by filling out a withdrawal form at Inspire. If less than a 30 day notice is received, a $30.00 processing fee will be charged to your account. If billing has already gone through, Inspire will not refund tuition for that month.
