Jacob Woll

"I would like my students to experience the same joy that I feel when listening to and making music."

Jacob Woll is a musician with diverse experience. He has studied and taught guitar and voice but his main focus has always been the piano. He has taught piano lessons for many years and in order to improve his teaching skills, returned to college to obtain his piano pedagogy certificate. In addition to teaching, he is currently responsible for coordinating music performances and teaching music at Trinity Baptist Church. He is pursuing a BA in music.

Teaching Style and Philosophy

Piano is an instrument that anyone can learn to play, regardless of their age. I believe that every student deserves my respect and patience. I would like my students to experience the same joy that I feel when listening to and making music. I work to make my classes fun and enjoyable so that my students will retain all of the information I give them more easily. I want my students to look forward to their lessons each week and be inspired to practice what they’ve learned at home.

Our programs continue to inspire and challenge students to experience the joy of music, develop a lifelong love for the arts, and fully express themselves.
